Hemant, an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Madras has passion is to provide solutions to the needs of people and of organizations. If solution does not exist;, build it, make it better, and have everything work together. Optimize technology programs, and infrastructure in line with business continuity.
His exposure to UK for his B.Tech internship realized him the difference in the awareness level & clarity of mind of aspirants there and in India. So he decided to bridge the information GAP in the education / careers space. Hemant’s career has had him delve into Information Technology, resource optimization, and into web2.0 and 3.0, Microsoft, Java, Linux, Open, Cloud and embedded technologies and platforms.
Gajanan have been to Bulgaria (Europe) by winning a scholarship. Worked with an IT Consultancy firm ‘Rila Solutions’, Sofia & consulted student companies of FMI (Sofia University) for market research, marketing strategies, pricing & feasibility issues. After returning to India he worked with a Chennai based startup as a Marketing & Sales Consultant and helped them putting their Pune-branch operations on roll from scratch.
This energy bubble always gives trouble to peers with super logical intuitions. He’s the dream-viewer of the team who can see the invisible. One can find him surfing the web or playing videogames if not working.
With a Masters degree in Marketing and HR, as well as a Bachelors’ in Biotechnology, Prahlad has experience in Financial Management, Knowledge Management and in Sales Management. Prahlad started his career with a MNC in financial products & services but soon he felt that his job is making him type-casted into a specific role. His search for something more challenging & versatile made him join a Chennai based startup in similar domain and he setup the operations of the startup in Pune from scratch.
He is passionate about new ways of learning and the impact of technology on human performance. He loves working,travelling and always searching for reasons to party and probably he is the one who gives reasons to party.
With diverse academic backgrounds having studied science, history, and management, Naveen is a die-hard believer of continuous, experimental & experiential learning. He is passionate about education & career space. As he started his career with a startup in Education Management & Consulting, and is associated with startups in varied domains, he brings with him the exposure & experience of a start-up. He has deep interest & understanding of online & web 2.0 businesses.
A passionate biker; loves to explore, either places on his ‘Red-Rocket’ (Suzuki Fierro) or via surfing the online world, whenever he’s free (free not idle, as he can never be idle).
Devendra holds a Masters in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad and brings in a wealth of exposure to both Engineering and Management to ThoughtLabs team. He had noticed the career & education confusions among the students throughout the time. So his entrepreneurial ‘Kida’ and motivation to do something in the education ecosystem made him restless to set ThoughtLabs in motion. He guides the team on overall strategy ranging from content, marketing strategy, growth and sustainability.
Devendra is also alumnus of the National Institute of Technology Jaipur, he finds time to think and develop ideas, play around with nascent technologies and so with fusion food, watching movies, or just getting along with family and friends
Chandak brings with him the experience of few years with IT consulting giant Capgemini.This NIT–Jaipur alumnus posses the strong analytical skills with perfect blend of technology and business. He is a sports personality and can be found playing street-cricket or badminton, if not working. He is a voracious eater and generally found with snacks and cold-drinks in hand or searching for eatables in kitchen.
A guy with great sense of humour and always smiling face brings life to the work. He is one of those nocturnal creatures who works till late night. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and believes in experimenting with ways of doing business.
